Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date and issue a full refund for the product, less initial shipping costs. We ask that the product be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Please remember to contact us within 30 days receipt of your order so we can quickly resolve.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

To make a return, take the following steps:

 

1. Please wait for our return approval before shipping back to our facility.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (also known as an RMA) via email.
3. Write the RMA Number clearly on the OUTSIDE of the return carton.
4. Place the PACKING SLIP inside the carton.
5. Ship the box back to us to the following address:

This will help assure the speedy processing of your return.

 

Please note that when returning an order for a refund, you are responsible for the return postage unless an error occurred on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship to any address within the United States and upon request via email to info@petgiftz.com, we will ship to Canada. Our flat rate per orders under $70 is $5.99 for any address within the United States, and any order over $70 is free.

All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For expedited shipping, there may be an additional free, please email us at info@petgiftz.com for more details. 

Orders will generally take 4-8 business days to arrive, depending on location, size of item, and quantity ordered.
